The research team, composed of doctors, professors and senior engineers, conduct research on the aging of PVC color profiles and processing technology and application development. After six years’ research and development, Kinbon R&D team obtained large quantities of technical data, and accomplished lots of research results, thus layed a foundation to ensure the quality and the anti-aging level of color profiles. Currently Kinbon has won 68 product patents.

• In April 2000, Kinbon developed color co-extrusion profiles, arousing the revolution in the profile process technology.

• In May 2002, Kinbon developed ASA alloy double-color extrusion profiles, resolving the aging problem of color profiles.

• In August 2004, Kinbon developed soft&hard co-extrusion profiles, realizing the connection between profiles and windows.

• In March 2005, Kinbon developed high-weather resistance enriched profiles, popularizing the profiles in the high UV areas.

• In May 2006, Kinbon developed chromatic embossed profiles, promoting the diversity of the domestic color profiles.

• In July 2008, Kinbon developed GMA alloy energy-saving aluminum thermal break window profiles.

• In June 2009, Kinbon developed Mantian Star, Baifu Picture, Fugui Flower, Diamond Granule and other chromatic embossed profile systems, diversifying the patterns of domestic chromatic embossed profiles.
